Helen Trueman-Howe
Company Director & Founder
With the goal of helping North East businesses achieve their potential with a personal and tailored recruitment service, Helen founded HBG Recruitment in 2020. With over 25 years' sales experience, Helen previously worked at Concept Group, part of the national Xerox company, and always aspired to be fully self employed. With a passion for building strong business relationships, Helen is both recruitment manager and company director, overseeing all areas of HBG Recruitment from business development to client relations.
At HBG Recruitment we understand that the employer and employee journey does not end following the initial stage of recruitment. We're not a bog standard recruitment agency; we offer full support throughout your entire employment journey. Giving back to those that give
As a business with social value at its heart, HBG Recruitment decided from the outset that we wanted to give something back to those that contribute to our beloved North East community.
